How we work together
Clients often seek hypnotherapy with me to address specific issues, such as chronic pain, anxiety, illness symptoms, or emotional triggers. Over 3-6 sessions, we’ll work together to transform your relationship with these challenges. Our process begins with a discovery call to explore your goals and determine if hypnotherapy is the right fit. The initial 90-minute session dives into your needs and includes a hypnosis process, followed by 60-minute follow-ups that incorporate discussion and hypnosis. You'll receive self-hypnosis techniques and activities to support your progress, helping you manage symptoms, find deeper meaning in your experiences, and improve your overall well-being.
